SECTION 1 — BUYING/SELLING PROPERTY IN ITALY
Buying Property in Italy — Advisory & Buyer Representation In Italy, buyer representation works differently from that in the United States. Buyers typically retain and compensate their own advisor directly. Option A — Full Advisory & Property Search (Italy) For buyers who want guidance from strategy through closing. Includes:
Minimum fee: €5,000 Paid by the buyer. No VAT applies, as I am fiscally based in California. (*) Property Tour Preparation Fee (Italy) For clients requesting on-the-ground property tours in Italy, I require an advance engagement fee to cover:

For Italian and European clients purchasing property in California, I act as a licensed California broker and buyer’s agent, representing your interests throughout the transaction.
Buyer Representation Fee:

→ No direct fee paid by the buyer in standard transactions
