Charging for the consultation allows me to reserve these sessions for people who are genuinely considering a property purchase in Italy and gives both of us an opportunity to determine whether your objectives, expectations, and timing are a good fit for the way I work.
You don't need to be ready to make an offer immediately. You should, however, be ready to discuss a real project, a plausible budget, and the questions that must be resolved before moving forward.
If you later retain me as your buyer's advisor, the consultation is not an additional cost: 100% of the $100 fee will be credited toward the professional fee due for your transaction.
