Full rights of ownership - through a property-specific holding company
For each vacation home, we set up a holding company managed by us. Instead of holding the property directly, you own a share in the property-specific holding company, which grants you and your co-owners all ownership rights. The holding company of your vacation home does nothing else but hold your vacation home on behalf of you and your co-owners.
