Full rights of ownership - through a property-specific holding company
For each vacation home, we set up a holding company managed by us. Instead of holding the property directly, you own a share in the property-specific holding company, which grants you and your co-owners all ownership rights. The holding company of your vacation home does nothing else but hold your vacation home on behalf of you and your co-owners.

Customized to you - from 1/8th to 4/8th, depending on your needs
The Co-Ownership concept responds to your requirements and expectations. Co-Ownership starts with shares of 1/8 of a vacation home, reflecting an exclusive right of use of 45+ days, and goes as far as 4/8th - allowing for 180 days of exclusive use. Co-owners can hold multiple shares in the same or different properties.

Our Co-Ownerships' small size ensures availability in peak and off-peak seasons. Each share of 1/8th grants you an exclusive right of use for a minimum of 45 days per year.

Full legal ownership - forget timesharing and buy-to-lease concepts
An ownership agreement governs the rights of co-owners. Each share of 1/8th ensures its owner deeded full and unrestricted ownership rights in the holding company and the property. This differentiates vacation homes from various time-sharing models or buy-to-lease concepts. Before allowing a new co-owner to subscribe for a share in any home, evaluates the applicant and the other co-owners warrants for the new member and its solvency.
